Georgia advises clients across all areas of family law, including complex parenting disputes and financial matters arising from relationship breakdown. She has practised exclusively in family law since 2014.
She understands that every family law matter is unique and often arises during some of the most difficult periods in a person's life. Georgia is committed to building strong and supportive relationships with her clients and takes a thoughtful, strategic approach to resolving complex legal issues. She works closely with each client to identify the most effective pathway through the legal system and achieve outcomes that reflect their goals and priorities.
Georgia has significant experience in property settlement matters following separation. She regularly advises on matters ranging from straightforward negotiated agreements through to complex financial disputes involving substantial asset pools, business and trust structures, superannuation interests and inherited assets. Her approach focuses on achieving practical, commercially sensible outcomes while minimising unnecessary conflict wherever possible.
Alongside her financial work, Georgia has extensive experience in parenting and children's matters. In 2019, she expanded her practice internationally, working in London in children's care proceedings for more than five years. During that time she appeared in matters before the Family Court of England and Wales and the Family Division of the High Court. Her work involved complex cases including international child abduction matters and high-conflict parenting disputes. This experience broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to navigate sensitive and complex family law matters with care and strategic insight.
Georgia is known for her thoughtful and empathetic approach. She is committed to guiding her clients with clarity, care and attention to detail, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident throughout every stage of the process.
